You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
What can be returned
Because cosmetics are personal-care items, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging. This keeps every product on our shelves safe for the next customer.
Swatch books and color drapes are returnable if unused and in original condition.
How to start a return
- Use our contact form with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We will provide a return label.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take another 3 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product. A return fee of $5 applies to makeup and swatch books; $30 applies to color drapes.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you.
