Our method

The Coordinated Method

How we find your season, and why your makeup should follow it.

The idea

Color that reads as you

Your natural coloring, your skin, hair, and eyes, carries a set of undertones. Some colors bring it to life. Others drain it. Color analysis reads those undertones and places you within one of four seasons, then narrows it to one of twelve sub-seasons for real precision. When your makeup follows that logic, your features look rested, defined, and unmistakably you.

The process

How color analysis works

Most of our customers already know their season and shop straight from their palette. If you do not know yours yet, book a virtual analysis and we will find it from photos of you, using digital swatches instead of physical drapes.

01

Compare colors against your face

Color analysis tests hues against your skin, hair, and eyes. Colors in your palette make your complexion look clear, even, and lit from within. Colors outside it cast shadows, add sallowness, or flatten your features. In person this is done with fabric drapes. In our virtual analysis we place digital swatches next to photos of you for the same read.

02

Season and sub-season

Those reactions reveal your season (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) and your exact sub-season among the twelve, such as Warm Spring or Cool Winter. The sub-season is what makes the palette truly wearable.

03

Your palette

You come away with the precise family of colors that flatter you, in clothing and in makeup, so every purchase after that is an easy yes or an easy no.

The shop

How the makeup is curated

Every product in our shop is chosen and tested against the same seasonal color system used in professional analysis. Each shade is tagged to the season or seasons it flatters. Filter by your palette and you see only the products designed for you. No guessing at the counter. No returns for a color that looked right in the tube and wrong on your face.

Why it works

Why this method is the best
